Lynn's Story
Lynn has a different sort of relationship with Peoples State Bank. Her mother has been a lifelong customer of ours, and now for the past five or six years, Lynn has become the “Rep Payee” on her mom’s account.
“Being a rep payee through Peoples State Bank has been no problem at all. I can call Julie up, and she is so fine to work with anytime I need to know what the balance is or have other questions.”
Lynn grew up in Glen Haven, but in 1965 she left the area and now resides in Steven’s Point most of year — migrating to Arizona for a few of the coldest months.
“Managing the accounts from a distance has been a very smooth experience. I have online banking, but to be honest I get lazy and just call Julie most of the time. She is so good and gracious. It’s really too much. I’ll usually call every couple weeks, and she always puts a smile on my face.”
